Danielle Yanskey

Danielle Yanskey

Chief Executive Officer

Danielle is a business research leader with 30 years of experience helping companies of all sizes make better site and market decisions. She is the co-founder of SiteSeer and its parent company, ROIC analytics. Danielle leads SiteSeer’s operations team and handles business development and client services.

Prior to SiteSeer/ROIC analytics, Danielle was vice president of client services for geoVue and director of research and market analysis for Albertsons, where she led nationwide site selection and market planning, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Boise State University.

Andy Straker

Andy Straker

Chief Technology Officer

Andy has 30 years of experience building and deploying business market intelligence applications. In 2001, he co-founded x-span results, where he designed and developed Site Decision Systems (SDS), the predecessor to SiteSeer Professional. Andy leads SiteSeer’s software development efforts and manages technology resources.

Prior to SiteSeer/x-span, Andy built customer applications at Air2Web. Previously, he was the VP of custom application design for Claritas, and led software development projects for Scarborough Research (VNU) and Pulse Train Technology.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Bristol in England.

Tom Kessler

Tom Kessler

Chief Product Officer

Tom has helped businesses make better decisions through location intelligence for over 25 years. He is a member of SiteSeer’s professional services team, head modeler, and lead solution architect.

Prior to co-founding SiteSeer and its parent company, ROIC analytics, Tom led solution development and predictive modeling for geoVue. He also worked as a research manager and business analyst and led GIS at Albertsons. Previously Tom was an analyst for Navteq and the U.S. Census Bureau.

Tom holds a Master of Arts in economic geography and a Bachelor of Science in organizational psychology from the University of North Dakota.

Lance Blick

Lance Blick

Director of Business Development

Lance leads the development of relationships with new clients as part of the head of the business development team. Previously, Lance was the director of client services. 

Prior to joining ROIC analytics, SiteSeer’s parent company in 2014, Lance worked in small business operations, management, business development, and employee training.

Lance holds Bachelor of Science degrees in business (management and economics) and psychology from Rocky Mountain College.

Yunior

Yunior Mejia

Technical Support Specialist

Yunior is part of our software development team, helping enhance the customer experience and improve the functionality of the SiteSeer platform. 

Prior to joining SiteSeer, Yunior was an associate technical support analyst at Assurant, helping analyze problems, remote control equipment and develop solutions for customers' needs, including hardware, network, and software application challenges. 

Yunior holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from Shippensburg University. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kay Kessler

Director, Solution Development

Kay is a member of the company’s professional services team, providing custom analytics, survey development, and market research services to SiteSeer clients. Her role is to help clients get the most out of the SiteSeer platform.

Prior to joining ROIC analytics, SiteSeer’s parent company, in 2013, Kay worked for Boise, Inc., and Albertsons, where she designed and conducted surveys, developed analytical processes, analyzed data, and built dashboards and scorecards for the companies’ human resources departments.

Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Walden University.

Sarah

Sarah Day

Technical Support Specialist

Sarah supports SiteSeer clients using the platform, handling support requests and acting as a liaison with the technical support team. She has a background in client success and account management for technology companies.

Prior to joining SiteSeer, she was a client success manager for AiAdvertising, an ad tech company that uses the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to maximize return on digital ad spend. She started her career as an account manager for Adams Publishing Group.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in global studies from Idaho State University. She is based in Boise, Idaho.
